We want you to be completely satisfied with your new purchase. If you're not, we will happily accept a return for a refund and cover the cost of return shipping, subject to the following conditions:

 

- Item was purchased on our website and not via a third-party website. If redirected to a third-party website to purchase your item, please refer to their shipping and return guidelines for information..

 

- Item(s) can be returned within 30 days of receiving your purchase, provided they are unused and in their original condition; unworn, unaltered, unwashed, with all tags attached.

 

- All purchases are only eligible to be returned for a Refund.

 

- Gift cards may not be returned.

 

- Minimum order of $50 to be eligible for Free Return Shipping.

Processing of your return

 

To request a return of an item/order, Please contact us by clicking here. Please include your Name, Order Number and item you wish to return. For any items purchased from a third-party website, please refer to their returns policy for more information.

 

Once we receive your return, it will undergo a quality review. Once this is cleared, your Refund (excluding original shipping fee) will be processed.

 

We aim to process all returns as soon as they are received. Please allow up to 5 working days for this to be completed.
